superbot.gg terms of service
The short version
This summary is not part of the agreement. The numbered sections below are.
- Age. You must be 13 or older to use superbot and 18 or older to buy a plan or credits (section 1).
- Renewal. Plans renew automatically, at the price in effect at renewal, until you cancel (section 2).
- EEA and UK. A consumer can withdraw within 14 days. If you asked at checkout to start straight away and accepted losing this right, it ends when you start a job (section 4).
- Our liability. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the event behind the claim, where the law allows a cap (section 13).
- Changes. We email you before a material change: 30 days ahead in the EEA and the UK, 7 days elsewhere. A consumer who does not accept it can leave free of charge (section 12).
1. Who may use superbot, and your licence
You must be at least 13 to use superbot and at least 18 to buy a plan or credits.
While your plan is in good standing you may install and use superbot, and use its output commercially or otherwise, for your own purposes. You may not resell or sublicense superbot, or use it to build a competing hosted service. We keep all rights in the software and the service. You keep all rights in your prompts, files and output.
2. Plans, credits and billing
- Plans renew automatically at the price in effect at renewal until you cancel at /account/billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases at the price shown at /account/billing. Today $5 buys 5,000 credits, $20 buys 20,000 credits and $100 buys 100,000 credits. They do not renew, and their credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may withdraw referral or promotional credits obtained by abuse, such as self-referral.
- Auto-recharge is off until you turn it on. Then we charge the amount you chose whenever your balance runs low, up to your monthly cap.
- Failed charges. If a renewal keeps failing, we suspend the plan and fall back to pay-as-you-go on your remaining balance.
- Price changes follow section 12.
3. Refunds
Used plan periods and spent credits are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we withdraw a service you paid for, in which case we refund the unused part. Refunds go to the payment method you used, normally within ten business days. Stripe processes our payments.
4. EEA and UK consumers: the 14-day right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason: cancel at /account/billing or tell us at privacy@superbot.gg. We refund within 14 days, by the same means you paid.
If you asked at checkout to start straight away and acknowledged that you would lose this right, it ends once supply has begun, which is when you start a job on the plan (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and its UK equivalent).
5. AI-generated output
Output comes from machine-learning models. It can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to output given to someone else, and it is not professional advice. Check it before you rely on it or publish it. We give no warranty about output.
Output from a provider you connected (section 8), including each leg of a super mode message, and generated images, video, audio and 3D models are also governed by that provider's terms. A generated file is served from a link that anyone with the link can open. Where we hold rights in output from models we run, we assign them to you.
6. Calls, messages and voice
superbot can call, text and fax on your behalf and speak in a synthetic or cloned voice. Telnyx carries calls, SMS and fax, Twilio carries text messages in shared rooms, and ElevenLabs supplies voices. Their terms also apply.
- No emergency calls. superbot cannot dial emergency numbers such as 112, 911 or 999. Keep a normal phone for emergencies.
- Consent. You need the recipient's consent before superbot contacts them. Every SMS carries a STOP opt-out, and calls open by saying an AI is calling for you.
- Cloned voices. Only clone a voice you have the right to use. The speaker's consent is recorded when the clone is made, and a clone must never be used to deceive.
- Records. We keep what we need to provide and bill each call, message and fax. Deleting your account removes text-message records. For call and fax records, ask us (privacy notice section 7).
7. Teams
A team pools rules, skills, MCP servers and vault items, with the roles owner, admin, editor and member. Anything you share is readable by every member whose role allows it, and removing a member stops future access but cannot recall what they already saw. Only an owner can delete a team or change its billing. Give each member the lowest role that does the job.
Work you run for a team, including its agents, is billed to your own balance; teams have no shared wallet. Each member chooses what they share. A new member's MCP servers and their sign-ins are not shared until that member turns sharing on.
8. Your own providers and endpoints
When you connect a provider, paste your own key or add an endpoint (such as OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Hugging Face, Perplexity or any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible URL), superbot sends the request, with its prompts, files and context, to that party using your credentials. We do not vet endpoints you add. That party's terms, prices and retention govern the exchange, its charges are yours, and if it refuses or fails, the turn fails. Remove the credential in your account to stop future requests.
9. Publishing
superbot can deploy an app you build to your own Cloudflare or Railway account, through a grant you can revoke at any time. The app, its content, its visitors' data and the provider's charges are yours, and so is complying with the law and the provider's terms.
If your app uses a superbot.sh address, our router forwards each visit and records the address, method, visitor's country, status, timing and size, but not the visitor's IP address, path, query, cookies or headers. We may suspend an address used in breach of section 11.
10. Acting for you
superbot can sign in to sites with sessions and logins you chose to import, send messages, publish, and call services you connected. What it does on your instruction is done on your behalf, and you must follow the terms of the sites it uses for you. Import is opt-in, and you can unlink any credential in your vault.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use superbot to break the law or another person's rights, to send unlawful, unsolicited or deceptive messages, to clone a voice without consent, to reach a system you are not entitled to, or to get around a vendor's terms or rate limits. We may suspend or end a plan used that way, and will tell you why.
12. Availability, changes and ending this agreement
We do not promise uninterrupted service. Beta features, including cloud agents, are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Changes. We may change these terms at any time, and superbot itself, for a valid reason: to comply with a law or a regulator; to deal with a security risk, fraud or abuse; because a provider we rely on changes its service, price or terms; to add, change or retire a feature; because what it costs us to provide superbot has changed; or to correct an error or clarify these terms.
Minor changes take effect when we publish them here with a new version date. They never reduce your rights or raise what you pay.
Material changes are every other change, including any price rise. We email you about a material change before it takes effect. The email links to the new version, says what changes and the date it takes effect, and says that if you keep using superbot after that date you accept the change. We send it at least:
- 30 days before it takes effect, if you live in the EEA or the UK;
- 30 days before the renewal it first applies to, for a change to the price of your plan;
- 7 days before it takes effect, in every other case.
If a law or an urgent security problem needs a change sooner, we email you as early as we can.
Your free exit. A consumer who does not accept a material change can end this agreement free of charge at any time before the change takes effect, or within 30 days after the later of our email and the date the change takes effect. We then refund the unused part of any plan period you paid for in advance, pro rata to the day, and the unused credits of any pack you bought.
A change never takes away what you have already paid for. A change to a feature costs you nothing extra. A change to how disputes are resolved, or which law governs them, never applies to a dispute that arose, or that either of us knew about, before the change takes effect.
Ending this agreement. You can end it at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We can end it for a material breach, or on reasonable notice if we withdraw the service, and then refund the unused part of anything you paid for.
13. Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, data you did not back up, or loss caused by a model's output or a vendor's API. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Data and sync
The privacy notice forms part of these terms. To keep your devices in step, we store your chats, projects, rules, skills, MCP servers and settings on our servers, encrypted at rest but readable by us. Sealed vault items can be opened only by your devices.
De-identified data. We may make de-identified or aggregated data from your use of superbot, data that cannot reasonably be linked to you, and use, share or sell it, as section 7 of the privacy notice describes. You give us the rights we need to do that. Before we first sell any, we email you as section 12 describes.
15. Contact, and the EZO Labs Inc general terms
EZO Labs Inc, 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 5765, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Email privacy@superbot.gg.
These terms are the "Product Terms" for superbot under section 4 of the EZO Labs Inc Terms of Service at ezolabs.io/terms. This paragraph is the express written reference to that section 4. For superbot, section 13 of these terms replaces the disclaimer of warranties in section 17 and the limitation of liability in section 18 of the general terms, so one set of limits applies and the general terms' US$100 minimum cap does not. Section 12 of these terms replaces the general terms' sections 2, 3 and 16. Otherwise the general terms apply, including the law they state.
Consumers in the EEA and the UK keep every right that the law of the country they live in gives them, including the right to bring a claim in the courts where they live.
Headings and the short version are for convenience; if they differ from these terms, these terms apply.
